It’s been a busy month for Mego heads, here is a run down of everything going on currently.
Figures Toy Company:
New Teen Titans:
Bif Bang Pow!
Diamond Select Toys/EMCE
The latest Mego Museum Newsletter dropped the Exclusive that the New Teen Titans wave set to drop this fall will include Starfire, Cyborg, Nightwing and Raven. Which is a pretty big deal, FTC confirms that the prototypes will be shown this summer.

Sorry, that was weak, even for me. Entertainment Earth unveiled an exclusive 18″ Removable Cowl Robin from Figures Toy Company yesterday.
I really like the idea of these, I’m not sure how many I can afford to buy (both cash and space are a rare commodity) but as Benjamin Holcomb recently mentioned, the grand size of these does make you feel like a kid again.
Mego Museum showcased the upcoming Kresge style Superheroes and while they’re great and all, I can’t ignore the fact that Doctor Thaddeus Bodog Sivana is getting a freaking Mego style figure this year!
See the whole line at the Mego Museum!
Bam! without warning this week Figures Toy Company announced Dukes of Hazzard wave 2 by showing off the figures and taking pre-orders which had a lot of fans really excited. I’m by no means a Dukes fan but I can understand how cool it is to get the anicliary characters.
More shots after the jump, to pre-order directly from FTC please visit their site
This week’s Mego Museum Newsletter reveals that they have worked out a deal to be the exclusive home for updates and reveals from Figures Toy Company.
Which makes a lot of sense, considering the Museum is pretty much dedicated to this kind of thing and it won’t get lost in a sea of updates from general action figure sites.
Every Friday will see a new reveal via the Museum front page or the newsletter, 2015 sounds expensive. Goodbye Money!
The 2014 Mego Museum Kubby Awards for excellence in ReMego are up for viewing right now. It shouldn’t come as a big surprise that Figures Toy Co and NECA pretty much stole the show this year but I do think some nice stuff got ignored.
I guess when you have a property as beloved as 1966 Batman and then you actually do a nice job of the figures, you really have lightning in a bottle. Congrats to the winners!
The Kubby Awards, the annual MegoMuseum poll that shines the light on the brightest and the best in ReMego is coming to a close today.
Seriously, this may be the toughest year yet with all the players and licenses in the pool. So cast your vote and be heard, from what I understand from early results, people like Batman. Who’da thunk it?
This little bit of wonder was created Museum member Houseofdracula and honestly, I just can’t heap enough praise on it.

Paul over at the MegoMuseum forums posted a shot of the early bird Comissioner Gordon figure currently being offered by Figures Toy Company. Looks like they’re in stock and ready to ship.
